Are you trying to re-activate on the same machine as dcover was previously working on or is this a new machine?
Also are you trying to activate from behind a proxy?

Yes trying to re-activate on same machine . There us auto proxy settings in intellij.

It should not be necessary to reactivate on the same machine from an update, could you please walk us through the steps you took in updating?
Are you able to revert back to the previous version and confirm that still works?
