I already found the solution, they are 2 .so files, which seem to be not correct in the community version of intellj, I will share the solution with you in case any user encounters it.
They are in this path of the IDE
/lib/native/linux-aarch64
/lib/jna/aarch64
You should look for the files from another version of IDE, that are correct, I used the ones from the latest version of Ultimate Edition
