JUnit 5.7 support?

We want to use JUnit 5.7.

Hi @Hachirouemon,

Thanks for your message and sorry that we don’t yet support JUnit 5.7 - we are working on JUnit 5.7 support at the moment, it is due in the release after next. I will let you know as soon as the release with this in is ready

Thanks again

Hi @Matt

Thank you for your reply.

With JUnit5.7 added as a dependency, it seems that the JUnit4 method template is used even if JUnit5 is specified in the test framework.

If the test framework specifies a version instead of “Auto detect”, it is better to apply that version of the method template.

Hi @Hachirouemon,

Thanks for your reply.

Would you mind elaborate on what you mean by JUnit4 method template? When JUnit 5.7 is set as a dependency, created tests by Diffblue Cover Intellij Plugin contain jupiter as an imported package.

We are looking forward to hearing from you.
Best wishes,
Yumi
