Not able to create test cases using diffblue intellij plugin

Hi @Namrata_Devhare , @Bhujatha and others
Support for Spring 6 / Spring Boot 3 with JUnit was added in Diffblue Cover 2023-08-02 (further support was added for these Spring versions with TestNG in 2023-09-01).
If you are seeing environment check failures in Diffblue Cover for these Spring dependencies, please check that you have an up to date version of the plugin (Diffblue → Change Settings → About).
If you continue to see this warnings, please send us your Diffblue Cover support log file.
Best regards

@petersear now i am getting this kind of error …
E016 - Failed to connect to analysis service: 1
Cause: Failed to call newAnalysisRequest Make sure that local firewall settings allow connecting to a service at HOST:PORT.

Hi @Namrata_Devhare
I’m glad to hear you got past the environment warning you mentioned earlier.
Could you create a separate thread for this latest question, as the current thread is very long and has strayed from the original topic? It will also make it much easier for everyone to find the relevant topic in the forum. I will, of course, be happy to help you asap on the new thread.
Thanks and regards
Peter

Hi Matt,

Thank you for your response and I see this message (Android manifest presence ) " Diffblue Cover has found some issues with your environment and will be unable to write tests until they are resolved."
How to Ignore or disable this because. I have my public class. wanted to generate test-cases on those

Hi pooja

Could you please tell me did u face this issue from Intellij 2.5version “Diffblue Cover cannot create tests for Android projects.” some Android dependency issue. due to which, I am unable to generate test-cases.

Hi @Syed

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
We have identified a situation where users can experience errors related to Android projects when the file AndroidManifest.xml is found anywhere in the project. This has been resolved and is expected to be available in the next release of Diffblue Cover, 2023.12.01, next week (commencing Mon 4th Dec).
In the meantime, there is a potential workaround which is to remove those files if they are not needed.

Best regards
