Mock network connections

It would be cool if Cover could support mocking network access. For an initial version, it would be ok if you could either simulate network failures or use a recorded network conversation as example data.

Could you give an example of a situation where this would be useful? Iā€™d like to understand what would sort of problems you are trying to solve and what success would look like?
